Hello, My wife and I wanted to let you know how happy we were with your great service! Steve and Jim were courteous and friendly and removed "our" bees in just minutes. What sold us on your company was the fact that you don't exterminate but relocate the bees. When Steve found them to be European Honey Bees, he was just beside himself with joy. Apparently, Steve and Jim had been dealing with Africanized bees lately and were happy to find good ole Once again, Thank You! Sincerely,
Hi Nicole, Thank you! So far, so good. I've only noticed one bee today. That was in the bathroom and not around the entrance to the hive. Steve did an excellent job. He was very considerate and professional, almost like an MD during a medical procedure. He kept me informed about everything he was going to do before he did it. I would also like to thank you for sticking to the estimate and giving me such an incredibly good price. Mary-Ann, Laurel Canyon Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did removing the bees in my roof. I was inundated with choices of bee removal services but there was something about you guys that I liked. Call it a “hunch”. You sent a great guy and he worked so hard in the hot sun to do a thorough job. I appreciate the honesty and the help. I have recently recommended your service to my friend’s daughter. She will be calling you shortly. Thanks again.
Patricia, Los Angeles After realizing there may be a honeycomb in my soon potential home, I searched Online to find a company that removes the bees and guarantees.. I found Bee Catchers. I was sooo pleased to learn that they remove the bees safely to save them (since we need them to pollinating). They also perform the repair and warranty- which is hard to find. However, what brought the most satisfaction was that they helped me to get my home- they went above and beyond. The REO home I was purchasing required the bees to be removed before closing escrow but the bank REO seller didn't want to pay until after (normal for this economy) escrow went through. I am so thankful and appreciative to Bee Catchers, they worked with the bank REO seller so I could close escrow. Knowing how strict these bank are, they helped, and I was able to close and get my home. Thank you Sooo Much! Sincerely, N.Y.A. Bee Catcher's sent a very knowledgeable, and courteous person named Ted to remove bees that were swarming at my home. I would like to thank you for the great job that he did. He removed all of the bee's, and repaired any damage that he had to do to finish the job. You should be very proud to have him on your payroll. He done everything that you agreed to do over the phone. Anyone with a Bee problem that reads this should not hesitate to call for a fast, and efficient answer to your problem. Yolanda Reid There's no reason to look any farther or for anyone else, Bee Catchers, is more than fabulous for the following reasons: 1) Highly Professional! We had a nightmare of a hive with honey in a hard to get to spot under our roof, yet not in an attic. There were thousands of Bees that did not want to leave! Bee Catchers got it out like Surgeons, with Super Work and a Super Clean-Up. I would recommend them to anyone with any problems their web site says they can handle. Bee Catchers have got to be in the top 1% in their field! Others simply could never stack-up to Bee Catchers. You will not regret it if you call them for help. P. S. I even got a Navy Vet discount! I called you guys yesterday when I large
group of bees settled in a tree in my backyard. After several questions
from the woman who took my call, she suggested we wait to see if it was
a case of bees "just resting". She could have sent someone out at my cost, and I would've paid it.
Instead, she said to wait a couple days. Her honest appraisal saved me money. I have to say, business, sadly,
isn't done that way enough anymore. I would like to thank her and say
that I will surely refer any business your way. Her honesty might have
taken some short term business away, but in the end, might give you all
even more business. I would be happy to let you use this email as a testimonial, and I encourage you to continue to conduct yourselves in this manner. Thanks so much,
"Just want to send
